House Seat Prices

USING THE HOUSE SEAT PORTAL
To request house seats, please log in to the house seat portal (see above links). Performances will become available for requests 30 days prior, at curtain time. It is not possible to requests tickets for a performance more than 30 days in advance.

You will need to create your own unique and private username within Broadway Direct to get started. The system will then send you to a new page, where you can choose a performance and provide the will call name and number of tickets to initiate a request.

Once you have entered these details, hit the “Request” button at the bottom of the screen. The system will summarize the details you submitted. If all looks correct, hit the “Submit Request” button at the bottom of the screen. Please make sure you hit both request buttons to ensure the request goes through. No payment information is due at this time.

You will then receive an email that your request has been received and will be confirmed soon. You can expect an email response confirming your tickets within 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once your request is processed, you will receive an email saying your request has been approved. From this moment, you have 48 hours to complete payment for your tickets. (Please keep in mind that your seats are no longer guaranteed after the 48-hour payment deadline!) At the bottom of the e-mail, there is a large button for you to “Pay for Tickets.” Click that button to access your secure payment link.

If the credit card information is valid, the payment will be processed, and you will receive a new confirmation email – this is your final confirmation. If there is anything wrong with the credit card information, the screen will give you a prompt in real time that the card has been declined or is invalid.

Feel free to pass this link and the step-by-step request guide along to friends and family, and they can request the tickets directly. They should make sure to put your name in the “Request Notes” field so we know to take care of them.

All house seats are released 96 hours prior to curtain time for any given performance. After that time, we will make best efforts to accommodate requests, but we cannot make any guarantees. Please note that house seats are not available within 24 hours of any performance.

The house seat system is monitored all day, every business day (Monday to Friday, not including holidays), by Stone Productions (the producer’s office). If you submit a request and don’t hear back within 2 business days, please check your spam folder, as your payment link may have been flagged as spam. If you don’t find anything in your spam folder, please re-submit your request, as it likely did not go through.

If a payment link has been sent for your house seat order, and you have not paid by the 96-hour release window, your payment link will no longer work. If this happens, please email Tim Bloom at tbloom@stoneproductions.biz. Do NOT submit a new request.

If you submit a request after 6:00 PM on a Friday for performances on the upcoming Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, please alert Tim Bloom at tbloom@stoneproductions.biz. The system is NOT monitored regularly outside of business hours.
